We are a social enterprise, not a traditional charity. This distinction is important.
Being a social enterprise means we are built for long-term sustainability. While our mission is 100% social, our operations are run with the efficiency and accountability of a business. We generate revenue through our dynamic pricing model, which allows us to be self-sufficient and less reliant on donations.
This revenue is reinvested directly back into our programme to create a virtuous cycle. This sustainable approach ensures we can keep our promises to our students, volunteers, and partners for years to come.
The Common Fund: How It Works
Our Common Fund is the financial engine of our "triple-win" model. We believe you have a right to know how it's funded and how it's used.
Where the Fund Goes
100% of the Common Fund is reinvested into the programme to cover:
Direct subsidies for our "Community Support" families.
Essential learning resources (textbooks, materials) for students on support tiers.
Programme Innovation and Development.
Costs for our community development programmes.
Where the Fund Comes From
The Common Fund is primarily sustained by our community through:
Fees from our "Community Partner" and "Community Pillar" pricing tiers.
Sponsorships from corporate partners who invest in our mission.
Fees from our Community Programmes and Holistic Programmes and Workshops.

We are committed to accountability. As we grow, we will publish our impact reports here to show our community exactly how their contributions are creating positive change.
Our first impact report will be available in Q3 2026, detailing our progress, financials, and the stories of the students and volunteers we've supported in our pilot year.
